ricetta zeppole senza glutine( ricetta crema senza glutine)
non è opera mia, ma di mia sorella!! posto qui la ricetta, per chiunque cerchi ricette glutenfree fatte in casa, e collaudate.
400 gr.acqua+100 gr.burro:si portano ad ebollizione in una pentola.Si
aggiungono300gr. farina,si spegne il fuoco e si mescola finchè il composto
si stacca dai bordi.Quando è freddo,si aggiungono 6 uova,una alla volta,due
cucchiai di zucchero,un pizzico di sale e si mescola con le frustine.Si
inserisce il composto nella sacca da cucina e si friggono in olio
fumante(meglio di semi).Io le ho fatte lunghe circa 5 cm.
e vi ho inserito
la crema(1/2 litro di latte,3 cucchiai di farina,6 di zuccheto,3 tuorli,1
vanillina,bucia di 1 limone),ma si possono anche fare "a
cerchio".Naturalmente le ho spolverizzate con lo zucchero a velo.
Provatele,sono squisite!
